Some people call music the vibration of life. Every time my favorite songs come on I feel something in my soul that makes me just want to dance dance dance. I let the vibration from the beat of the song and even the words motivate me to get up and move.
Dancing is one of the “fun” ways to exercises your body and not to mention burns a whole -lot- a calories. So call up your girls and plan a Twerk Night, watch some YouTube videos to learn the hottest new dance, or if your favorite song comes on in the car pull over and get out and dance.
Don’t think about what people around you may think. Just remember that you are using the “Vibration of Life” to create a healthier lifestyle for you!
